China Ministry Drafts Technical Standard System Framework for Environmental Risk Assessment and Control of Chemical Substances

On July 09, 2024, the People's Republic of China Ministry of Ecology and Environment published a draft for the Technical Standard System Framework for Environmental Risk Assessment and Control of Chemical Substances. The draft is open for comments and can be found on the Ministry's website. All government agencies, organizations, industry associations, enterprises, public institutions, and individuals are welcome to contribute their opinions and suggestions. The deadline for comments is August 9, 2024. Attachments include list of soliciting opinions and the draft and preparation instructions.
