Starting October 1, 2024, Luxembourg will impose a €120 per liter tax on e-liquid and nicotine pouches, as per a new regulation in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The tax will apply to e-cigarettes and nicotine pouches, with similar rates in neighboring countries. Health Minister Martine Deprez and Finance Minister Gilles Roth provided detailed information on the new generation of tobacco products and emphasized the country's new anti-tobacco plan.
