The inventory listing follows the issuance of an assessment certificate for the substance. The chemical was assessed as an ethanol extract derived from the fruit of Tetrapleura tetraptera and is approved for importation into Australia at volumes of up to 25 kg per year. The assessment covers its use in fragrance formulations and a range of consumer products, including cosmetics (excluding oral care products), fine fragrances, cleaning products, laundry and dishwashing products, apparel and footwear care products, and air care products, subject to specified concentration limits.
