The plan was developed by the Cosmetics Standardization Technical Committee following public solicitation of proposals and internal review in accordance with the Provisions on the Work Procedures for the Formulation and Revision of Cosmetics Standards (Trial). The initiative includes 27 proposed projects covering the development and revision of cosmetics-related standards, aimed at strengthening regulatory frameworks and improving product quality and safety.
