On 24 April 2026 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released a public list of Confidential Business Information (CBI) claims under Toxic Substances Control Act set to expire between June 22 and July 31, 2026, with monthly updates planned. Companies must submit extension applications via the CDX platform at least 30 days before expiration, including substantiation, using EPA's new dedicated submission tool. Failure to act within deadlines may result in loss of confidentiality, with EPA authorized to disclose the information without further notice.
