Brazil publishes technical regulation of Identity and Quality of pasteurized whole egg and dehydrated egg

Brazil has approved the Technical Regulation of Identity and Quality of pasteurized whole egg and dehydrated egg. The product is defined as:-Pasteurized Whole Eggs: Shell eggs, which naturally retain the same proportions of white and yolk, are homogenized and subjected to a pasteurization process. (Dehydrated eggs: A dehydrated pasteurized whole egg product).
