National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment,China seeks public opinion on its release of draft regarding the "Labeling of Prepackaged Foods for Special Dietary Uses".|The drafty states:|(1) It is compulsory to mark saturated fat or saturated fatty acid and sugar contents on the label for prepackaged foods for special dietary uses, excluding baby formula and nutritionally complete formula.|(2) Nutritional components of infant formula (0-6 months), foods for special medical purposes (FSMP) for infants (0-12 months), and other FSMP products shall not bear content claims or function claims.|(3) Errors of labeling nutritional components and exemptions are also revised
