Germany: Recommendation for food contact material made up of paper and board for Baking Purposes

This recommendation applies to paper and paperboard used for baking that come into contact with food. . The paper and paperboard must be such that they are able to withstand a temperature of at least 220 °C for the intended period of heating without decomposing.
