Republic of Korea partially revised (draft) the food and livestock products safety management certification standards

To improve the safety management certification standard (HACCP), South Korea issued a draft on food and livestock products safety management certification standards. It adds some basic principles to the certification and follow-up management evaluation for small businesses. Maintenance of some contents of the judgment criteria in HACCP evaluation table is modified. Last date to submit comments is March 27, 2023.
