Turkey proposes Communiqué on edible casein and caseinates

Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry published TURKISH FOOD CODEX RENEWABLE CASEIN AND CASEIN COMMUNIQUÉ in official gazette.
|(1) The purpose of this Communiqué is - edible products for human consumption production of casein and caseinates in accordance with the technique and in a hygienic manner, preparation, processing, labeling, preservation, storage, transportation, to determine the product characteristics for placing on the market.
|(2) This Communiqué shall be made available for human consumption only. edible casein and caseinates and mixtures.
|(3) Food business operators operating before the publication date of this Communiqué shall comply with the provisions of this Communiqué until 31 December 2023.
