On 18 May 2026 Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) published a public notice (May 18–20, 2026) on the review outcome for the 8th batch of simplified environmental management registration applications for new chemical substances in 2026. Six applications met the Measures’ requirements and are proposed for approval; details were provided in an attached table. The notice invites public reference to the application information per Article 24 and indicates the applications cover both import and domestic production activities. Below are the six proposed substances (one per line) with their acceptance numbers and applicants: 1) A polymer of alkyl methacrylic acid (dialkylamino) and alkyl methacrylate, aryl methacrylate, alkyl methacrylate, hydroxyalkyl methacrylate, and methacrylic acid; Applicant: Kai Yuan Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (agent Hangzhou Ruio Technology Co., Ltd.); Activity: Import 2) Formaldehyde is a reaction product of 4,4'-methylene bis\[aniline\] and substituted phenol; Applicant: Ajinomoto Fine Techno Co., Inc. (agent Hangzhou Ruio Technology Co., Ltd.); Activity: Import 3) Tri\[3-(bromomethyl)benzyl\] amine; Applicant: Shanghai Hequan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Activity: Production 4) 4-(4-ethylphenoxy)-4'-(p-toluene)-1,1'-bicycle(cyclohexane); Applicant: Jiangsu Hecheng New Materials Co., Ltd.; Activity: Production 5) 4-Pentyl-4'-\[4-(4-propylcyclohexyl) phenyl\]-1,1'-bis(cyclohexane); Applicant: Jiangsu Hecheng New Materials Co., Ltd.; Activity: Production 6) 1,1,2,3,3,3,3-hexafluoro-1-propylene trimer; Applicant: Zhejiang Juhua Hanzheng New Materials Co., Ltd.; Activity: Production
