On March 25th, 2026, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) updated 6+ chemical substances to its Assessment of Regulatory Needs (ARN) list Following are the chemical substances their status is " Under development": 1. tetrakis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylate 2. Reaction mass of Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate and Methyl 1,2,2,6,6 pentamethyl-4-piperidyl sebacate 3. Reaction mass of 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethylpiperidin-4-yl hexadecanoate and 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethylpiperidin-4-yl octadecenoate 4. Reaction mass of (3R)- and (3S)-Isomers of 3,5,5-Trimethyl-hexanoic acid 2-\[2,2,6,6-tetra-methyl-4-(3,5,5-trimethyl-hexanoyloxy)-piperidin-1-yl\]-ethyl ester 5. BPF 6. Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) succinate TINUVIN 780 7. Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate 8. Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate 9. Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) 2-(4-methoxybenzylidene)malonate 10.
