Briefly, during the webinar, our presenters –Dorota Hinca and Sonia Antkowiak, discussed the following:

- Latest final SCCS opinions on:  
    
    - Hydroxyapatite (nano).
    - Sodium Bromothymol Blue (C186).
    - HC Blue 18 (Colipa No. B122).
    - Salicylic Acid.
    - Alpha-Arbutin and Arbutin.
    - Aluminium compounds.
- Future amendments to the EU Cosmetic regulation regarding:  
       
    
    - Hydroxyapatite (nano).
    - Triclocarban and Triclosan.
    - 4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor.
    - Vitamin A.
    - Alpha-Arbutin and Arbutin.
    - Genistein and Daidzein.
    - Kojic Acid.
    - 12 nanomaterials.
- New definition of a “nanomaterial” in the EU.
- New restrictions for D4, D5 and D6 under the EU Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation.
