On March 21, 2025, the Ministry of Health, labour and Welfare (MHLW) published the Partial Revision of the Quasi-drug Ingredients Standards 2021"". This standard will be applied from March 21, 2025 onwards. However previous precedents may be followed till September 30, 2026 but from October 01, 2026, this revised standard is applicable. The partial revisions are carried out on following general test methods.

15. Standard Solutions
