"China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued a public notice on the upcoming approval of environmental management registration for new chemical uses, under the ""Measures for the Registration of Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances"" (Order No. 12). The applications, have passed regulatory review. The public consultation period runs from April 1 to April 3, 2025. The first batch of 2025 includes: - Branched alkyl benzene sulfonate dialkyl imidazole salt, to be used as an antistatic agent for resins - Metal salts of dialkyl phosphates, to be used as lubrication additives for gas engine oils Applicants are required to manage environmental risks by properly disposing of waste according to national and local pollution control standards."
