On March 25, 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) released the updated version of the Community Rolling Action Plan (CoRAP) for 2025-2027. The plan outlines the evaluation of 28 chemical substances for potential risks to human health and the environment, as per the EU REACH Regulation. Evaluations will be led by the competent authorities of 8 Member States over the next three years.
Key updates include the addition of 13 new substances to the evaluation list, while 18 substances from the previous 2024-2026 CoRAP remain under consideration, with some postponed due to pending data. The evaluation process is set to occur in stages: 8 substances in 2025, 15 in 2026, and 5 in 2027.
Additionally, three substances have been withdrawn from the list—one due to sufficient existing data, another pending further data evaluation, and the third being classified as a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC), which will face stricter regulations. Future CoRAP updates may adjust the list for 2026 and 2027.
Following are the thirteen newly added substances:

3. [3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl]dimethoxymethylsilane
4. [3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl]diethoxymethylsilane
5. Potassium dicyanoargentate
6. 1,4-bis[(2,3-epoxypropoxy)methyl]cyclohexane
7. N,N,4-trimethylpiperazine-1-ethylamine
8. 2-methylpropan-1-ol
9. A mixture of branched and linear C7-C9 alkyl 3-[3-(2H-benzotriazol-2yl)-5-(1,1dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenylpropionates
10. A mixture of: α-3-(3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionyl-ω-hydroxypoly(oxyethylene); a-3-(3-(2H-benzotriazol-2yl)-5-tert-butyl-4hydroxyphenyl)propionyl?-3-(3-(2H-benzotriazol-2yl)-5-tert-butyl-4hydroxyphenyl)propionylox ypoly(oxyethylene)
11. Methyl 3-[3-(2Hbenzotriazol-2-yl)-4hydroxy-5-(2-methyl-2propanyl)phenyl]propanoate
12. Reaction mass of Octyl-3[3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5(5-chloro-2Hbenzotriazole-2yl)phenyl]propionate and 2-Ethylhexyl-3-[3-tertbutyl-4-hydroxy-5-(5chloro-2H-benzotriazole-2yl)phenyl]propionate
