These updates are enacted under the authority of the Toxic and Concern Chemical Substances Control Act. The revision places particular emphasis on Cybutryne, which now requires strict operational documentation, safety labeling, and prior approval for activities such as manufacturing and import. Deadlines for compliance range from June to December 2025, ensuring entities handling these chemicals adhere to updated safety and environmental standards.
